Reporting & compliance

Every number traces back to a clock-in, an event, and an approval.

Certification tracking, 1099 generation, sanctioning counters, and seasonal forecasts — built in, audit-ready, and exportable to PDF or CSV anytime.

Reporting

The reports organizers actually run.

A summary dashboard with drill-down into tabular detail — filter by date range and sanctioning body, then export.

Event history

Every past event with dates, sanctioning, fill rate, and fees — the full record in one place.

Spend & fees

Platform fees over time, per event, and per sanctioning body — clear, itemized, never bundled.

Official performance

Who worked, ratings, rehire rate, and no-shows — anonymized where it should be, never punitive.

Fill & time-to-staff

How fast events fill, which slots go unfilled, and where you're chronically short of officials.

Pay & expenses

Official pay paid out, expenses reimbursed, and meal stipends — reconciled to the dollar.

Seasonal demand

Look back at the same weekend in prior years to gauge how busy the local calendar was — and how hard officials will be to find.

Compliance

The rules enforced where they matter.

Compliance isn't a year-end scramble — it's checked the moment an official is assigned and tracked all season long.

Certification tracking

USTA certification years (Nov 1–Oct 31), ITA numbers, and WT certifications and badges — current status visible before anyone is assigned. Search by body and level.

Eligibility enforced

An official can't be assigned to an ITA event without a current ITA number on file and an attestation that their certification is current. The rule lives in the system, not a checklist.

1099 generation

Officials are independent contractors. CTS tracks who crosses the IRS reporting threshold and generates 1099s — and re-checks the IRS threshold every year so the number is always current.

Sanctioning counters

USTA counters extract from official screenshots; CTS-worked ITA and High School events compute automatically from the event record and sanctioning body.

Audit-ready by default

A trail you can stand behind.

Every figure in a report ties back to a real event: a clock-in with a location check, an approval, a batched payout. Impersonation by staff is explicit and logged. Sensitive identifiers stay protected even from admins.

  • Every write is attributable — actor and effective user recorded.
  • Money moves once, at batch — a single ledger event, not a guess.
  • Export anytime — PDF, CSV, or print, filtered to what you need.
